Pasta E' Piselli .....: (Pasta with Peas)
My mother’s any time soup....

Ingredients

Vegetable Stock
Tin chopped tomatoes
1 clove Garlic (grated)
Salt teaspoon - level
Peas - 1 cup
Small sprig of rosemary (remove before adding pasta)
Small pasta - 2 cups
Parmesan Cheese
Method
Add a small sprig of rosemary/garlic/peas/tomatoes to a medium pan half full of water & add vegetable stock.
Gently simmer for around 20 minutes.
Remove Rosemary sprig & add the pasta, cooking as per instructions.
Add Parmesan cheese.
Drizzle with Olive Oil.
Serve
